WebSep 28, 2024 · I downloaded the .zip file of oracle database 18c and i extracted the entire archive into a folder. Before start setup i stopped my antivirus and firewall but setup won't start. If anyone has a solution I'm glad to hear it. I use windows 7 ultimate as operating system. I even disabled the UAC rights without any result.
