Webhi all first post here on the forum. ive been reading through this thread and found some good info but still having a hard time making a decision on the route i want to go. ive got a 2006 sport V8 with about 115K on it. the XREAS is pretty much shot and looking to make an upgrade with roughly 3" lift and replace shocks and coils. WebIf it's the up travel that damages the bags then spacing the bottom will allow the bag to expand "taller" in effect and with the stock bump stop in place there may be an issue of compression but again, I need to know what is actually damaging the bags to know if that's truly a valid thought.

I noticed the 2 rear shocks were damaged on the cylinder but what I'm guessing the tech grabbed with channel locks from the looks of it.
